Oops I forgot to post Kepland. I chased this stock on a 50MA breakout at 1.7 with a tikam trade. This stock has not turned bullish yet and it is a tad too late adding more for now as it has hit a 50% rebound so far.  I will add more if it can crash through resistance at $2 which perhaps by then, the counter will show bullish indications.
